These terms apply to website design, hosting and maintenance services provided by Awakened Leads LLC ("Awakened Leads," "we," "us") to the business that signs up for a plan ("you"). Your plan selection, invoice or written proposal together with these terms make up our agreement.
We may build a preview of a redesigned website for your business at no cost and with no obligation. Previews are private, are not indexed by search engines, and are clearly marked as concepts by Awakened Leads. If you don't purchase a plan, we take the preview down on request or within 60 days, and you owe nothing.
A "small edit" means changes to text, photos, prices, hours or contact details on existing pages. Each plan includes the number of small edits listed on our pricing page. New pages, new features or redesigns outside your plan are quoted in writing before any work begins. Small edits are usually completed within 2 business days.
You keep all rights to your business name, logo, photos, text and domain. You confirm that you have the right to use any content you provide or that appears on your current website. Once your build fee is paid in full (or, on the $0-down plan, once the 12-month term is complete), you may request a copy of your website files if you leave.
Your domain stays registered in your name. With your permission, we point it at the hosting we manage. Hosting, SSL certificates and backups are included in every monthly plan while the plan is active.
We build sites to modern standards for speed, mobile use and search basics, but we do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, leads or revenue.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
