Terms for AWARE
These terms explain how AWARE works, what your subscription includes, and the responsibilities that come with using the app.

Apple Standard EULA
AWARE uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for iOS apps. You can read it here: Apple Standard EULA.
1. The App
AWARE is a mindfulness and screen time awareness app. It offers reflection tools, focus sessions, nature soundscapes, schedule templates, app-limit tracking, mindful prompts, and guidance for using Apple’s built-in Screen Time tools.
AWARE is not medical care, therapy, crisis support, or a guaranteed device/app blocking service.
2. Subscriptions
AWARE offers a monthly subscription at $7.99/month with a 7-day free trial where available. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
3. Screen Time and Device Settings
AWARE may provide setup guidance for Apple Screen Time and local tools for tracking the apps/habits you want to be more intentional with. Some device-level controls depend on Apple settings, iOS permissions, entitlements, and user configuration.
4. Tree-Planting Pledges
AWARE may display tree-planting pledges or queued planting milestones connected to Altur’s restoration mission. Unless a separate fulfillment confirmation is provided, in-app tree counts should be understood as tracked pledges or queued milestones, not instant proof that a tree has already been planted.
